LogiPlan is based in Essendon and services commercial sites across Melbourne and regional Victoria. We were founded on a simple observation: most cleaning contracts fail on management, not on labour.
Operational discipline learned at scale
Before founding LogiPlan, Zac Larmer managed operations at Marvel Stadium, leading teams of more than 150 staff through event days where presentation standards, safety compliance and turnaround times had no margin for error.
That environment shaped how LogiPlan works today: define the scope before the first shift, roster to the real workload, verify the work rather than assume it, and report the evidence to the client the same day.
LogiPlan's mission is to deliver structured, high-performance facilities management to Victorian businesses: cleaning, grounds, waste and consumables held to a single documented standard, at 160+ operational environments nationally.
